What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It

When you purchase a product from Hunza Mart (such as our Luxury LED Mirrors, Wall Canvas, or Neon Signs) or book our specialized installation services, we collect necessary personal details to process your request. This includes:
    • Your full name and email address for order confirmation and digital billing.
    • Your shipping address to safely deliver your products from our Karachi setup to your doorstep anywhere across Pakistan.
    • Your active phone number so our courier partners or technical installation team can coordinate delivery and setup times with you smoothly.

1. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
 

2. Media

If you upload images to the website (for example, design references for custom neon signs or branding clocks), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Shipping data is securely shared only with authorized logistics partners across Pakistan to complete your product deliveries.
